Lots range from 1/3-1/2 acre along with 5 villa lots. Some lots contain mature trees while feature more open space. Kentner Creek Crossing East will be accessed via the current Honeywell Golf Course road and will border Indiana State Road 15 and County Road 50 North.

Lots range from 1/3-3/4 acre with two lots bordering the golf course. These lots will feature mature trees. Kentner Creek Crossing West will be accessed via County Road 50 North.
